Amelia lived in Barnesville after the death of her husband, then lived with her daughter Addie in Hibbing, South Dakota and Idaho. She is buried in Barnesville, MN Cemetery. Her parents were Gustus Uppfalt and Sophie Peterson. Her parents were from Sweden.

Mrs. Amelia Garrison, 88,

died last night at the home of a

daughter at Hayden Lake where

she had resided for the last 10

years.

Mrs. Garrison was born in

Belinda, IA., May 5, 1876, and

moved to Hayden Lake from Rap.

Survivors are six sons, Ralph

and Cleo Garrison, Barnsville,

Minn., Earl, George and Leland

Garrison, Kennewick, Wash.,

and Johnnie Garrison, Pasco,

Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Ed

Hendrickson, Hayden Lake, Mrs.

Walter Braton, Barnsville, and

Mrs. Robert Nygaard, Erhard.,

Minn.; 32 grandchildren, 74 great

grandchildren, and eight great

great grandchildren.
